Services Available

There is no charge for the length of stay that a sign is up on a property.

    Yard Arm Posts

• We install and remove yard arm posts (real estate, for sale signs). We provide wooden, painted posts, available in white, black, or other custom colors as needed. We can install info boxes, riders, and sign panels. 

• We inspect our posts on annual audits to straighten or replace them when needed at no charge to you. 

• We offer free storage for your office signs.

• We install and remove frame signs for a fee, which we can pick up from either your office or onsite if left there, and we will return the frame to you when removal is requested. 

• For our safety, we ask that you please leave signs in front of the property. We will NOT go in the back of properties, garages, neighbors' properties, or anywhere we deem unsafe.

• We are not responsible for unmarked dog fence damages. 

        Frames

• We install and remove frame signs, which we can pick up from either your office or on-site if left there, and will return the frame to you when removal is requested.

• Due to liability issues, Starr Signs L.L.C. will not go into, behind, or under any buildings, garages, or homes to retrieve posts, signs, or riders. Please make sure the post and signs are in front of the building.
